Chilocco was one of the 5 original Indian boarding schools in the United States.

More than 25 trade schools were taught at Chilocco.

More than 17,000 students attended Chilocco.

Over 5450 students have graduated from Chilocco.

Over 125 tribes have had students attend Chilocco.

Two Chilocco students were awarded the Congressional Medal of Honor in WW II.

The Chilocco campus was placed on the National Register of Historic Places.

The Chilocco campus is under review for designation as a Historical Landmark.
